Brief

Drawn to the elegant London townhouse style, our clients tasked us with elevating their double reception room to create a sophisticated, dual-use space and creating a restful retreat in their master suite.

Design

Combining some of our favourite fabrics and textures, from delicate woven silk to embroidered linens, we created a layered look to epitomise the townhouse style. This was set against understated walls in a plaster tone which unified the two living spaces; the family television room and the library. In the master suite we dialled down the colour intensity to create a more restrained, tranquil space. Bespoke elements throughout – from upholstery to window treatments – tailor the scheme beautifully and we worked with our client’s existing art collection to lift the space with a harmonious blend of both their contemporary and more traditional works. Sourcing decorative pieces and accessories, we dressed every surface to polish the scheme.
